We’re looking for an Implementation Consultant who can orchestrate seamless CYGNVS deployments. You’ll be a foundational hire on our implementation team, owning the onboarding journey for new customers while helping to build and refine the processes, playbooks, and tools that will scale our delivery model.

You will guide customers through discovery, configuration, and enablement, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, efficient, and scalable implementations. This is a hands‑on, delivery-focused role ideal for someone who thrives

on turning customer goals into successful, repeatable customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle from project kickoff to go-live.
Lead discovery sessions to understand customer objectives, technical environments, and success criteria.
Develop and manage project plans, ensuring alignment on milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
Configure and enable the CYGNVS platform according to best practices and customer use cases.
Deliver tailored product walkthroughs and training to accelerate user adoption.
Maintain accurate project documentation, tracking progress, risks, and next steps.
Contribute to building scalable onboarding frameworks, including playbooks, templates, and delivery methodologies.
Provide feedback to internal teams on customer trends, feature requests, and opportunities to refine the onboarding journey.

Required Skills

3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, customer success, or project delivery.

Strong project management and facilitation skills, able to align technical and business stakeholders.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple concurrent projects.

Proactive problem solver with a self‑starter mindset; comfortable in a fast‑paced, evolving startup.

Experience working in cybersecurity or incident response platforms is a strong plus.
