RONDO THERAPEUTICS OPERATIONS MANAGER (FULL-TIME, SALARY POSITION)

Rondo Therapeutics is a privately held biotechnology company committed to advancing the field of immuno-oncology with a focus on treating solid tumors that fail to respond to current therapies. Our solution is to create a new class of bispecific antibodies that safely engage the immune system to initiate and sustain a robust anti-tumor response.

Position summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable Operations Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our growing, dynamic team. This individual will play a central role in overseeing lab operations, facilities, and office management. The ideal candidate brings exceptional communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities :

Laboratory operations

• Oversee the seamless operation of laboratory activities, including vendor and inventory management, procurement of equipment and consumables, coordination of equipment repair and maintenance, and managing gas supply (CO 2 , LN 2 ).
• Support lab planning and space optimization; coordinate with research staff to improve lab processes (e.g. cloud backup of data from lab equipment).
• Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) : Monitor and maintain safety compliance procedures, including chemical inventory, spill kits, earthquake straps, SDS management, and lab safety audits. Coordinate with leadership and staff to uphold EH&S policies and training.
• Act as primary internal purchasing agent including Point Purchasing workflow (for R&D as well as G&A activities), including support for shipment receiving and maintaining packing slip records.

This is a full-time position based in Hayward, CA. Compensation and title are dependent on relevant experience. The annual base pay range for this role is between 85-120K.
