Overview

Since 1999, Plastic Surgery Studios has been a leader in digital marketing for plastic surgeons, cosmetic surgeons, dermatologists, cosmetic dentists, and other medical professionals worldwide. We manage the online presence of hundreds of clients, from website design and content marketing to pay-per-click (PPC) advertising and social media marketing .

As a PPC Specialist , you will play a critical role in driving client success and business growth by managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram) . You’ll be responsible for client communication, campaign performance, data analysis, and strategy refinement to maximize lead generation and return on investment (ROI).

This is an on-site, full-time position at our fun, fast-paced office, where you’ll enjoy perks like Free Donut Fridays, monthly company lunches, and a collaborative team environment with room for professional growth.

Responsibilities

PPC Campaign Management

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Performance Max, and Remarketing
• Develop and manage Facebook & Instagram Ads (remarketing and targeted campaigns)
• Conduct keyword research to identify high-intent opportunities for client campaigns
• Write engaging ad copy that improves CTR (Click-Through Rate) and conversion rates
• Set up conversion tracking and lead attribution to ensure accurate reporting
• Monitor and optimize budgets, bids, and audience targeting for better efficiency and lower Cost-Per-Lead (CPL)
