About the Position :
As a call center representative youll have the opportunity to connect with a diverse group of individuals over the phone. Your primary focus will be providing exceptional customer service answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Youll work as part of a dynamic team and your ability to communicate effectively and efficiently is essential. The position is Part-Time and scheduled Sunday & Monday from 10 : 00 PM - 6 : 00 AM. Other duties and responsibilities are embodied in our Companys core values as follows :
