A company is looking for a Senior Incident Manager to coordinate and lead the resolution of high-impact incidents across its software organization. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain an incident management process aligned with industry best practices Coordinate and lead the incident response process for rapid triage, escalation, and resolution Analyze incident trends to proactively prevent future occurrences and facilitate post-incident reviews Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in incident management or a similar field, preferably in a software or technology company Strong understanding of incident response workflows and coordination best practices Familiarity with ITIL principles, SRE concepts, or similar operational frameworks is a plus Proven track record of successfully managing and resolving complex incidents
