Responsibilities :
- Prospect, build, and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in your assigned territory.
- Identify and understand customer needs to offer tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
- Utilize a CRM platform to manage customer accounts, track sales progress, and communicate effectively.
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to key decision-makers.
- Handle objections and close deals with confidence, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Continuously develop product knowledge and sales strategies through training and market insights.
- 3-5 years of outside sales experience, ideally in the construction, equipment, or related industries.
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer data.
- A self-motivated and driven individual with a passion for sales.
- A valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
