Position Title : Inside Sales Coordinator

Location :  Deer Park, Texas

Assignment Type :  Contract to hire role

Compensation : $32 - $37 / hour

Work Schedul e : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00- 5 : 00 PM

Job Summary :

The Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing customer inquiries, preparing quotes, and coordinating with various internal departments to meet customer needs related to Hot Tapping, Line Stopping, Pipe Freezing and Valve Inserting. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach. This role requires technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to balance operational priorities with a commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction. This position plays a critical role in ensuring efficient job execution, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Field Service Operations : Coordinate and assist in dispatching field service crews for hot tapping, line stopping, pipe freezing, and plumbing projects. Respond to sales calls, provide service information, and generate job estimates. Maintain communication between customers, field teams, and management to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor job progress and troubleshoot administrative issues. Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations. Track and manage job schedules, materials, and equipment requirements. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support business development.
• Client Coordination : Serve as a representative, working closely with clients to align project execution with expectations. Support other sales and operation teams during project planning to define scopes and address technical requirements. Proactively address client concerns or changes to project scope to maintain strong client relationships.
• Skills and Experience : Technical Expertise : Knowledge of hot tapping, line stopping, pipe freezing, and valve inserting techniques, tools, and equipment is preferred. Operational Efficiency : Ability to analyze processes and implement improvements to drive productivity and performance. Client Focus : Strong customer service mindset with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
