The Opportunity :

CACI is seeking a talented mid-level Multimedia Instructional Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll collaborate with Instructional Designers, 2D Media Specialists, 3D Animators, and Subject Matter Experts to develop cutting-edge training content for Navy Aviation ratings as part of the Sailor 2025 Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) program. Your creative skills will be put to use crafting engaging Lesson Plans, comprehensive Training Guides, challenging assessment questions, and innovative Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI). Responsibilities :

• Review Government Furnished Information.
• Support meetings with Subject Matter Experts and Media Developers.
• Research and gather missing content.
• Leverage sound instructional design practices, adult learning theories, and performance improvement processes using the ADDIE Instructional Design Model.
• Review training content to ensure accuracy.
• Create Lesson Plans and Training Guides.
• Develop storyboards and courseware using Adobe Captivate.

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
