Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Platform Engineer to support a team focused on mission critical work revolutionizing the space industry. This individual will support the Kubernetes deployment strategy and will work directly with key stakeholders to ensure successful architecture and deployment to the cloud environment. The Platform Engineer will work hybrid out of Irvine, California (2 days / week on-site).

Responsibilities for the Platform Engineer include :

• Develop and integrate software C2 solutions for satellite vehicles on a platform that enables users to operate large constellations
• Support a team as they onboard new satellites into the platform, develop and integrate software solutions into the product suite, and more.
• Develop in Rust and Python real-time embedded software and integrate hardware assets with the mission software platform.
