Key Responsibilities

Business-to-Business Sales : Work directly with small and medium-sized business owners, managers, and employees in your designated territory, offering top-tier supplemental insurance products that provide financial security and peace of mind.

Set and Achieve Goals : Develop strategies to meet sales targets and exceed client expectations.

Overcome Objections : Use your problem-solving skills to navigate challenges and close sales.

Manage Sales Pipeline : Own the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, and provide exceptional service throughout.

Qualifications

Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain one—we will assist with licensing fees).

At least 4 years of relevant professional experience (previous sales experience is a plus).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

A strong desire to succeed in a commission-based sales environment.

Job Details :

Compensation : $75,000 - $100,000 per year with draw pay, commissions, and bonuses

Schedule : Monday to Friday, weekends as needed

Location : In-person, business-to-business sales
