Technical Integration Manager

About The Role :

A highly skilled and client-focused Technical Integration Manager to help government agencies modernize their digital payments experience. This role will integrate PayIt's next-generation platform with our agency partner systems. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical expertise, client engagement experience, and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless system integrations and excellent customer outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Client Integration & Consultation : Work directly with government agencies and other clients to understand their existing systems and define integration requirements.
• Technical Implementation : Design, develop, and implement integrations using MuleSoft, SQL, APIs, and other middleware tools to connect legacy systems with our payments platform.
• Data Mapping & Transformation : Ensure seamless data flow between disparate systems by designing effective data mappings and transformations.
• API Development & Management : Build and manage APIs to facilitate secure and scalable integrations between client systems and our platform.
• System Performance & Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve integration issues, optimize system performance, and ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Serve as the technical liaison between clients, internal development teams, and product managers to ensure successful deployment.
• Documentation & Training : Develop integration guides, and technical documentation, and provide training to client IT teams to ensure ongoing system efficiency.
