IT Support Technician
Location : Everett, WA
Contract : Ongoing multi-year contract
Shift : Thurs-Sun 1p-1130p
Overview : This position is part of the Factory Support Team, which involves providing IT support for hardware in a factory setting. The role requires significant physical activity, including walking up to 7 miles per day and standing for most of the shift.
Responsibilities :
- Installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all PC hardware and equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance.
- Network system troubleshooting / resolution.
- Troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via email) in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end-user assistance where required.
