The Medical Group Management Association (MGMA is looking for a Web Designer to join our Denver / hybrid team.

The Web Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites, web pages, and digital interfaces. This role will collaborate with developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure design consistency, excellent user experience, conversion optimization, and bring concepts to life.

Requirements : Essential Functions

• Design and implement website layouts, user interfaces, and graphics that align with brand identity.
• Build conversion optimized landing pages.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for websites and web applications.
• Construct webpages in both a structured (headless architecture) and unstructured (visual builder) platforms.
• Collaborate with UX / UI designers, developers, and content creators to ensure seamless execution.
• Optimize designs for performance, usability, accessibility, and responsive behavior.
• Maintain and update existing websites to enhance user experience.
• Stay updated on web design trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Other duties as required and necessary to ensure the success of the organization.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities

Education

Bachelor’s degree in web design, graphic design, computer science, or related field is preferred

Experience

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.

The approximate salary range for this position is $65,000 - $84,000 , depending on the skills, education, and experience of the candidate.
