E-Commerce Clerical Assistant

Pay rate : $23.00 - $25.00 / hr

Location : Walnut Creek, CA

We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll be a key player in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, both in our retail space and online.

Responsibilities :

• Customer Engagement & Sales : Maintain excellent knowledge of all company products and department policies to provide exceptional customer service.
• Proactively reach out to our client base through email, phone calls, and text messages to strengthen relationships and drive sales.
• Order Fulfillment & Logistics : Accurately package, label, and ship all phone and online orders.
• Manage and maintain inventory, processing shipments as needed.
• Inventory & Systems Management : Receive incoming products and make inventory adjustments.
• Maintain organized and accurate inventory records.
• Communication : Consistently check and respond to emails in a timely manner.
