For our future state-of-the art 600+ person Lubbock, TX cheese and whey manufacturing facility, Leprino is seeking  Quality   Team Members  to join our team!

Leprino Foods broke ground on the $1 Billion facility in the summer of 2022. The plant became operational in 2024 with Phase 1 and will become fully operational by 2026 with Phase 2.

Starting Pay :

23-26 for Quality Team Member positions, depending on role

30 for Team Lead positions

Additional $1 / hr for time worked between 6pm and 6am

Additional $1 / hr for Relief positions

Paid Weekly

Positions include : Lab Team Leads, Relief Techs, Powder Techs, Micro Lab Techs, Raw Milk Lab Techs, In Process Lab Techs, Melt / Cheese Grading Lab Techs

Schedule : Varies by position. 12 hour shifts, day and nights available. Weekends and holiday availability required.

• Responsible for the safe operation of its associated equipment and / or processes, the quality of incoming raw materials, the quality of the outgoing products in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safe work practices.
• Responsible for maintaining 5S standards, and participating in and implementing continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively in relaying information to team members, team leads, supervisors, and managers as applicable.
• Have strong time management and organizational skills.
• Meet food safety and quality requirements by following the Food Safety Plan, Quality Plan and company policies.
