Overview We are seeking a skilled Carpenter.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry tasks and be comfortable working on construction sites.

This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality craftsmanship, and the ability to work collaboratively with other tradespeople.

The Carpenter will be responsible for executing a range of construction and remodeling projects, ensuring that all work meets industry standards and code.  Responsibilities Perform carpentry tasks such as trim work, framing, drywall repairs, door hanging, and remodeling.

Execute caulking and construction painting as needed for finishing touches.

Lay tiles and assist with water damage restoration projects.

Utilize hand tools effectively for various carpentry applications.

Construct concrete forms for foundations or other structures as required.

Collaborate with team members on construction sites to ensure timely project completion.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.

Requirements Proven experience as a Carpenter in residential or commercial settings.

Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.

Knowledge of trim work, caulking, door hanging, remodeling, tile laying, construction painting, water damage restoration, and concrete forming.

Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks throughout the day.
