Establish reusable analytics assets and playbooks. Champion data democratization and literacy initiatives. Evangelize the use of advanced analytics, data engineering and data sciences within Blue KC Establish KPIs and metrics for the use of enterprise data, data analytics, reporting, and data integration Support real-time data streaming and operational dashboards as needed. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Finance, Management Information Systems, Healthcare or related field 10+ years in data management and analytics roles. 10 years in Information Technology Leadership experience, 7 years of Senior Leadership Experience with payer data (claims, eligibility, risk scoring). Hands-on understanding of data lakes, BI tools, SQL, and data modeling. Experience leading multidisciplinary data teams. Experience with payer and provider data sources. Familiarity with data governance frameworks (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK). Experience with Python, R, or other analytic programming languages. Deep understanding of data lakehouse and warehouse patterns. Experience integrating payer data with external benchmarks. Data governance and quality management expertise. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders. Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Finance, Management Information Systems, Healthcare or related field 15 years in data management and analytics roles.

Job Description Summary
The Director of Enterprise Data & Analytics is responsible for leading and guiding the enterprise on the data strategy, use of advanced analytics, and delivery ecosystem that facilitates the secure collection, processing and use of data. The Director works with business leaders from across the enterprise to develop and utilize advanced analytics to provide new business insights, drive innovation and create market leading competitive advantage. This position also envisions and defines our data assets and develops and executes the strategic roadmap to ensure data is well managed, appropriately available to stakeholders, and available for transformative analytics capabilities. The Director oversees all aspects of enterprise data management, including but not limited to, data architecture, engineering, integration services, distribution, reporting, and analytics functions to deliver insights that drive business value.
