Position Title : Construction Laborer-Hand Company Name : OldSchool Builders Pay Range : $15-$22+ per hour, based on experience Industry : General Construction (Residential, Commercial) Location : Gardendale, TX Job Overview : OldSchool Builders is seeking a reliable and Construction Laborer-Hand to join our dedicated Field Operations team. In this role, you will contribute to both residential and commercial construction projects, working closely with a two-man crew. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, keeps job sites clean and organized, and is open to learning new skills. Key Responsibilities : - Support construction tasks across residential and commercial job sites- Assist crew leads with a variety of building trades as needed- Maintain organized, clean, and safe job sites and shop areas- Work outside of your primary skillset and be open to learning new trades- Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals and deadlines are met- Uphold quality standards on all job tasks- Operate tools and equipment safely and responsibly- Communicate clearly and respectfully with crew and supervisors Qualifications : - Minimum 1 years of construction-related experience preferred- High school diploma or GED preferred- Valid driver's license with a decent driving record- Motivated, reliable, and trustworthy- Respectful team player with a willingness to teach and cross-train- Committed to doing quality work and improving every day- Clean, organized, and detail-oriented on and off the job site- No entitlement mentality-just a strong work ethic and a great attitude Benefits : - Medical, dental, and vision insurance (employee-paid)- Paid time off (vacation, holidays, sick time)- Paid parental leave (maternity / paternity)- Safety equipment provided- Weekly pay cycle- Year-end bonus Schedule : - Full-Time- Monday-Friday- Weekend work and overtime may be required Location : - On-site work at project locations (primarily local) Equal Employment Opportunity Statement : We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
