A current life and health insurance license issued by your home state, along with guidance in contracting with insurance carriers. A strong work ethic and a desire for personal and financial growth. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (experience in the service industry is a plus). Ability to effectively manage your time, calendar, and priorities. Comfort with technology, including CRM systems, Zoom, email, and basic Microsoft / Apple tools (training will be provided). A high school diploma or equivalent. A valid U.S. Driver’s License. Uncapped earnings with raise eligibility starting in your first month (5% increases with benchmarks). Health and dental benefits available. All-expenses-paid incentive trips for top performers.
