As a Lifeguard for our year-round rentals & respite programs, you'll be a hero in and out of the water, ensuring our campers enjoy every moment of their aquatic experience safely and confidently. What You Will Do :
- Act as lifeguard at the pool, lake and other areas as assigned.
- Knowledge of or access to various programming resources that could be used for any needed flexibility and / or modification of aquatic programs.
- Work closely with the Rental Coordinator to delight guests.
- Responsible for communicating any concerns to the Rentals Coordinator.
- Participate in the planning and implementation of evening programs, community swim, weekend programs, and swim lessons as requested.
- Work cooperatively with community members in adapting activities to meet the needs of customers.
- Carry out safety rules and policies with regard to aquatic activities.
- Keep pool area and bathrooms tidy, vacuuming pool, as requested.
- Report all maintenance issues to the Assistant Director of Wellness & Recreation and submit Maintenance request form.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements :
Interview process consists of 1st phone interview with Recruitment and Talent Development Coordinator and 2nd interview with the Department-specific Team Leader.
