Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate member and investor servicing requests, ensuring compliance with applicable procedures and guidelines
• Processing more complex servicing requests in relation to real estate secured and commercial loans
• Manage the department's ticketing system, including responding to inquiries and assigning tasks appropriately
• Maintain high task quality and ensure adherence to internal procedures
• Provide guidance, support, and training to fellow loan servicing representatives
• Meet established deadlines and performance standards for all servicing functions
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the servicing department

As a Loan Servicing Representative, you will work a 40-hour full-time schedule Monday through Friday.

In alignment with our commitment to pay transparency, we're pleased to share that the base hourly range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00 , excluding fringe benefits or potential incentives. If you're hired at Rockland Federal Credit Union, your final base pay will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and experience.
