Provide Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) representation at program meetings, analyzing changes to assess potential ILS impacts. Support logistics engineering and operations through the development of source materials for ILS products. Ensure engineering changes are reflected in technical, operational, and maintenance documentation. Assist in designing and managing a secure database to monitor product modification progress for ILS. Act as the ILS representative for the Tactical Tomahawk Weapons Control System (TTWCS). Create and present logistics impact briefs for the US Navy’s major weapon system. Analyze system requirements to ascertain training and operational impacts. Develop change package training and logistics reviews for TTWCS engineering changes, noting logistics and training impacts. Represent fleet support for change packages and provide feedback on requirements and design. Prepare and present reports on Tomahawk systems engineering change requests, tracking decisions and actions. Collaborate with Systems Engineering and Software teams to update procedural workarounds. Evaluate change requests for Fleet Support and ILS impacts, aiding in development of workaround materials. Manage documentation reviews and collate comments for authors to address. Provide expertise in system testing, ensuring requirements are testable and clear. Evaluate qualification tests against fleet operational procedures. Draft ILS Impact Statements for enhancements to the TTWCS. Deep understanding of Naval Surface Warfare programs such as AEGIS and Tomahawk. Extensive experience with Microsoft Access and Jira. Overview : SimVentions is seeking a skilled Logistics Engineer Analyst to join our team and support integrated logistics efforts for a major US Navy weapon system. This is an opportunity to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment, assisting senior stakeholders while leveraging your technical expertise.
Travel : None required
Clearance : An ACTIVE Secret Clearance is mandatory for this position. Eligible applicants must be U.S. citizens as access to classified information is required.
Requirements :
- At least 5 years of experience in developing logistics support requirements and documentation for major DOD weapon systems using GOTS and COTS products.
- A minimum of 3 years in logistics management, focusing on training products and embedded help for major weapon or combat systems.
- Detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is essential.

Education : A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science is preferred.
Compensation : The projected annual salary range for this position is between 52K - 77K (USD), depending on factors like experience, education, and security clearance.
