We are looking for Pallet Machine Operators to join our team! Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading manufacturer located in Fargo, ND. We are seeking candidates for Pallet Machine Operator roles. Compensation for these temp opportunities is $19-$20 per hour. Interested? Read below to learn more!

What you will do as a Pallet Machine Operator :

  • Operate on the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the pallet production lines / machines
  • Conduct routinely scheduled maintenance and be responsible for helping resolve any mechanical issues, delays, breakdowns, and repairs regarding the production and conveyor line
  • Demonstrate awareness of company safety policies and procedures, and ensure that all safety procedures and policies are followed
  • Identify and report safety hazards
  • Operate in compliance with OSHA and other appropriate standards
  • Communicate with the pallet production line team
  • Attend and / or conduct any necessary training regarding the production lines and safety

What you need to be a Pallet Machine Operator :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be eighteen years of age or older
  • 1+ years production line maintenance experience, pallet manufacturing and / or repair, or a combination thereof
  • Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Understanding of the mechanics of production line operations
  • Experience in conveyor line repair
  • Ability to provide general overall facility mechanical skills
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Must have basic math skills
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
  • Must be able to deal with stressful situations, meet deadlines, and tight scheduling requirements
