Processing Specialist – Contractor

Vaco is seeking a detail-oriented Processing Specialist for one of our banking clients in Columbus, Ohio! As a processing specialist you will support client and internal operations by handling transaction processing, data entry, and task tracking. In this role, you'll collaborate with Relationship Bankers and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and compliance with banking policies. This role is a 3-month contract onsite in Columbus, paying up to $25 per hour.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process client requests including mail, RDC review, VOD letters, address changes, and payment setups

Track and organize work using internal systems

Collaborate with team members and support Relationship Bankers

Ensure compliance with procedures and regulations Qualifications :

MUST HAVE Data Entry experience required

1+ year experience in banking operations or similar field, preferred

Microsoft Dynamics experience, preferred
