A company is looking for a Supervisor, Claims Processing who will lead a team in the Claims Processor group. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team to ensure performance management and accuracy of claims processes Ensure compliance with operating instructions and risk management for the business Drive team performance to meet or exceed targets through coaching and leadership Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 3 years experience in a veterinary clinic or similar setting 3+ years of clinical veterinary experience with proficiency in medical terminology Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience managing a team Flexible availability to work between 6 AM & 9 PM EST, including weekends and holidays 1 year of relevant experience in claims processing within a clinic or hospital setting
