Project Manager W / Workforce Onboarding Exp

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Project Manager with Workforce Onboarding experience. Position type : Full time, Contract Duration : 12+ months. Location : 3 days onsite in a week in Jersey City, NJ; Charlotte, NC.

As a Project Manager with Workforce Onboarding experience, you will :

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in large-scale hiring or workforce planning initiatives.
• Strong understanding of project planning and execution, particularly in coordinating Hiring Days and onboarding activities.
• Excellent facilitation skills for meetings, decision-making sessions, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders across geographies.
• Strong risk and dependency management capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations that synthesize data and tell a compelling story.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials (preferred).
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
