Full-Time Admin & Customer Service Role – Long Beach Office

What You’ll Be Doing :
- Being the friendly first voice for new and existing customers—handling high call volume and routing them to the right project managers.
- Juggling admin tasks that keep operations flowing.
- Supporting light accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Working closely with a tight-knit team that values communication and efficiency.
