Job Summary

Combined Insurance, a Chubb Company, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic Marketing Department. This role reports to the Director of Product and Enrollment Marketing within the Brand, Digital & Marketing Services team, responsible for delivering marketing collateral for print and digital channels. The ideal candidate will support editorial tasks and assist in developing product marketing strategies for our Marketing-on-Demand platform. Collaboration with business partners to create compliant solutions aligned with product, brand, legal, and regulatory standards is essential. This is a hybrid role, with three days in the office and two days remote weekly, including Fridays.

Responsibilities

  • Support production and execution of product materials, including enrollment collateral and sales brochures.
  • Assist in creating and applying content to templated layouts to ensure brand consistency.
  • Provide editorial support for quick-turn marketing projects.
  • Manage storage, organization, and nomenclature of marketing materials.
  • Participate in departmental meetings to discuss processes and project status.
  • Communicate effectively with inter-departmental stakeholders.
  • Perform additional duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
  • Show interest in learning about products to develop expertise over time.
