What Youll Do Support day-to-day marketing, communications, and pursuit activity Format proposals, presentations, reports, and internal documents Build and maintain branded templates in InDesign, Adobe Express, and Word Coordinate inputs, track tasks, and follow up with stakeholders Draft and post content to social media (primarily LinkedIn) Assist with internal campaigns, announcements, and employee communications Prepare signage, swag, and print materials for events and conferences Maintain brand files, project photography, and internal content libraries Translate complex or technical information into clean, clear visuals or messages Keep timelines moving and the details under control

What Youll Bring

12 years of experience in marketing, communications, admin, or design (or a strong portfolio and work ethic if youre a recent grad) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite especially InDesign as well as PowerPoint and Word Confident writing skills with a clear, professional tone Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail Reliable, proactive, and able to juggle multiple deadlines Comfortable working with technical content and learning on the fly A few examples of your work formatted docs, posts, layouts, or anything that shows your eye and execution
