Drive external communications strategies, including PR, standardized client outreach, and high-level participation in industry events (specifically within the engineering, construction, or MEP space). Partner Closely with sales and product teams to translate technical offerings into clear, compelling, and market-ready value propositions. Measure and Report on the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns and initiatives, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to justify investment and inform future strategy. Conduct Ongoing Analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to ensure our marketing strategies remain cutting-edge and effective. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Experience : Minimum of 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, with a proven track record in brand management and multi-channel strategy execution. Industry Knowledge : Experience in B2B marketing within the engineering, construction, or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) industries is strongly preferred. Technical Proficiency : Advanced knowledge of website Content Management Systems (CMS), social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and marketing analytics (e.g., Google Analytics). Core Skills : Exceptional communication (written and verbal), dynamic presentation, and superior project management skills with a keen attention to detail. Mindset : A strategic, creative thinker who is highly collaborative, results-driven, and adept at managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience marketing highly technical products or services. Familiarity with graphic design principles and content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). A Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
