This role is based in our Boulder Santa Monica or NYC office.

What were looking for :

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Specialist with a strong background in copywriting and a doer mentality to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in executing effective multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive engagement attendance and sales for Informa Markets Engineering events. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with a knack for crafting compelling content and a proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. With a focus on email marketing and sales collateral creation this role requires someone who thrives on delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines.

Role Accountability and Duties :

• Develop write and optimize engaging email marketing campaigns using the Eloqua platform ensuring alignment with audience segmentation strategies and content calendars.
• Build and maintain an email marketing calendar to drive consistent communication and improve engagement for both attendees and exhibitors.
• Create and design impactful marketing materials including sales collateral attendee development assets and other promotional content to support event goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. digital marketing sales creative and marketing automation) to execute and refine strategic marketing initiatives.
• Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns providing actionable insights to improve effectiveness and ROI.
• Conduct market research and stay informed on industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Partner with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs and ensure alignment with brand standards.
• Support the Marketing Manager in the development and execution of marketing plans that align with internal initiatives and event objectives.

The salary range for this role is $55000-$65000 based on experience.
