Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement global category strategies based on market knowledge and supplier landscape

Coach direct reports and ensure targets align with business objectives

Lead supplier selection for New Product Initiatives and propose alternative materials during product life cycles

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Accounting, or related field; MBA is desirable

8-10 years of diversified procurement and operational experience

Knowledge of relevant software applications such as SAP, Power BI, and Ariba

Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence others

Effective project management and solid negotiation skills
