Are you a problem-solver with a talent for juggling schedules, managing shifts, and keeping a facility running like clockwork? Our skilled nursing facility is looking for a Staffing Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to build a strong, dependable schedule for our amazing care team.

Location : Healthwin Health and Rehabilitation – Southbend, IN

Schedule : Full-Time | Monday–Friday (with occasional weekends or on-call support)

What You’ll Do :

Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly staff schedules for nursing and support staff

Ensure all shifts are filled and appropriately staffed

Track attendance, call-outs, and PTO requests

Communicate with department heads and HR to manage staffing needs

Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining compliance records

Keep everything organized and running like a well-oiled machine!

What You’ll Need :

Prior experience as a Staffing Coordinator, Scheduler, or in a healthcare administrative role (Skilled Nursing / LTC preferred)

Valid CNA license in state applying (IN)

Excellent organizational & communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes

Familiarity with scheduling software or EMR systems (e.g., Maple, Smartlinx, Kronos, etc.)

Strong attention to detail and a love for logistics
