Production Plant Manager
Oversee and manage daily production activities, ensuring compliance with USDA, HACCP, GMP, and SSOP standards. Implement and maintain food safety protocols and ensure audit readiness at all times. Lead and develop production teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment. Monitor and analyze manufacturing KPIs to ensure optimal plant performance. Drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Ensure proper maintenance and operation of all equipment within the meat processing plant. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals and deadlines. Manage and resolve operational challenges while maintaining a focus on quality and safety standards.

Experience with equipment maintenance and audit readiness is required. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly advantageous.
