The Role

The Wet Lab Technician will be responsible for mixing and testing CMP slurries operating wet lab characterization tools; executing test plans generating test data and maintaining CMP equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Mixes filters and documents slurry for testing
• Coordinates with engineering and lab staff on slurry chemistry and supply needs
• Operates wafer polishing metrology and slurry characterization equipment
• Measures slurry stability and product shelf-life on various analytical tools
• Generates data on Malvern AcoustoSizer Celerity E-chem Biologic SP-300 FTIR HPLC SurPASS wafer-cutter & Bench-top polisher
• Maintains CMP lab equipment
• Operates in compliance with company safety practices
• Fills and lifts slurry pails and canisters up to 55 pounds. Moves drums totes and operates forklift.
• Job requires standing and working in a lab setting for a substantial part of every day
• Performs other duties as assigned by Wet Lab Supervisor
