Slalom is targeting Sr. Consultant or Principal hires for this role.

What You’ll Do

• Act as an AI skills evangelist for our clients, promoting the value and impact of AI tools in modern software development and helping them upskill with AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot.
• Deliver and iterate on training workshops and pair programming engagements with client development teams.
• Help our clients understand real-world applications of AI tools to improve coding efficiency, productivity, and innovation.
• Model best practices in AI-assisted development through live coding and collaborative problem-solving.
• Address common challenges and provide actionable feedback to help clients overcome AI tooling adoption barriers.
• Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, accessible, and inspiring manner.

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position at the Principal level the base salary pay range is $122,000 to $225,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
