If you are passionate about sales and building strong client relationships, we invite you to join our team as a Sales Representative. In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact the lives of individuals and families by offering tailored insurance solutions and exceptional service. At Logix Insurance Group, we believe in empowering our employees to grow and succeed.
We provide leads for you! You won't have to find your own, however bringing in your own leads is a plus! We also offer our hourly pay plus a tiered commission structure giving you the opportunity to make uncapped commission.

Responsibilities
- Prospect for new business from leads provided
- Client Engagement : Interact closely with clients to understand their insurance requirements and offer personalized guidance.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Sales Support : Assist clients with policy selection, modifications, and claims processing.
- Client Follow-Up : Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct needs - based customer policy reviews and update coverage
- Ensure a positive customer experience
- Achieve weekly and monthly goals
