A company is looking for a Modeling & Simulation Analysis - Lead Engineer. Key Responsibilities Develop high fidelity structural and thermal analyses using tools like NASTRAN, ANSYS Mechanical, and ANSYS Fluent Provide technical oversight and guidance to M&S engineers and collaborate with product teams to define analysis objectives Document analysis plans and estimate labor hours for modeling tasks, ensuring technical quality of work products Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution Minimum 7 years of experience in thermal / fluid and / or structural / vibration analysis of mechanical systems At least 1 year of project or functional management experience in modeling and simulation Prior experience with ANSYS Mechanical and / or ANSYS Fluent Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without corporate sponsorship and comply with ITAR regulations
