About your role : As a System Engineer Professional I, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for designing, engineering, monitoring, and supporting infrastructure and application platforms that enable secure and reliable financial transactions in a highly regulated environment. You will contribute to the sustainment and evolution of production environments, drive automation, and ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies.

What you'll do :

• Develop and execute technology plans focused on project delivery, production environment sustainment, and team development
• Lead engineering initiatives to improve system availability and manage hardware / software lifecycle activities
• Build and maintain direct relationships with infrastructure and business leaders across the enterprise to align on shared goals
• Participate in the selection and implementation of next-generation technologies and strategies
• Architect and support complex infrastructure designs across large-scale data centers handling mission-critical, high-volume transactions
• Conduct research and development throughout the project lifecycle, including technical analysis, design, and operational support
• Lead infrastructure and application engineering teams in planning, designing, implementing, and supporting systems including servers, software, load balancers, and HSM appliances
• Work in a rotational on-call support environment
