Network Technician

KBR requires a Maximo Client Service Support Technician (CST) to support TSMO Aerial ATFS and Ground target Users located at Huntsville, White Sands Missile Range, NM and Yuma proving grounds, AZ. This candidate will be responsible for server set-up, maintenance and back-up along with network troubleshooting capability. This candidate will be familiar with TSMO products and eservices and have good communication and written skills.

Duties include but are not limited to :

• Installing new components into existing systems.
• Installing system software patches and version upgrades.
• Troubleshooting and fixing hardware, Operating System (OS) and Office Automation (OA) problems.
• Escalating trouble tickets
• Finding root cause of network latency / outages
• Providing metrics and other support to TSMO

TSMO Client support technician (CST) must demonstrate comprehensive experience and knowledge of :

At least 10 years of IT experience. The position will allow various combinations of education and experience using a 1 year of education for 2 years of experience substitution.
