THE ROLE
Our hotel team is seeking a Night Auditor who will be responsible for overseeing and completing a variety of critical financial tasks, ensuring accurate accounting and efficient daily operations.
This role combines aspects of accounting and guest service, requiring a detail-oriented individual with a strong sense of responsibility and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
What we will ask of you :
- Balance and reconcile all daily financial transactions, including guest accounts, food and beverage outlets, and front office accounts.
- Prepare and distribute daily reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Process guest payments and ensure proper credit card and key control procedures are followed.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service.
- Respond to guest requests such as wake-up calls and express check-out bills.
- Maintain accurate and confidential guest records, adhering to all data security protocols.
- Provide accounting support to the hotel, ensuring accurate revenue posting and daily guest ledger reconciliation.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient guest service.
- Follow all established policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
Requirements for Success :
Additional education or training in accounting or hospitality is a plus.
