Overview :

Responsible for working with administrative and direct services in developing and implementing emergency shelter services, i.e. crisis intervention, crisis counseling, intakes, assessments, orientations and cooperative living agreements.

Qualifications :

• Experience : Educational experience in human services or equivalent life experiences. Prefer knowledge and / or experience with residential care settings. Prefer knowledge and / or experience in crisis intervention and / or crisis counseling.
• Other : Strong household management capabilities.Ability to work rotating shifts. Ability to work extended hour s as needed.Ability to lift and push 50 pounds.Basic computer skills.
• Preferred Experience : Prefer knowledge and / or experience with residential care settings. Prefer knowledge and / or experience in crisis intervention and / or crisis counseling.
• Preferred Other : Bilingual preferred. Valid drivers license preferred.
