The Role

As part of St. Luke s Consumer Access & Experience initiative, you will play a key role in advancing the future of healthcare delivery. This system-wide model integrates clinical excellence, technology, and teamwork to simplify care for patients while empowering providers to practice at the top of their license.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive Internal Medicine care for adult patients, managing both acute and chronic conditions.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including advanced practitioners, behavioral health, nursing, and population health specialists to deliver coordinated, value-based care.

Utilize advanced technology and analytics to enhance patient engagement, access, and outcomes.

Participate in system innovation, quality improvement, and care redesign initiatives.
