Join our team as a PRN Registered Nurse in Occupational Health , where you’ll provide high-quality care and clinical support to client employees in our on-site Health Center located in Riverside, CA. The schedule for this position is Tuesday through Friday 7 : 00am to 3 : 30pm . This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment focused on   employee wellness, safety, and preventive care.

What You’ll Do

• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements related to clinical operations and manages required physical evaluations (OSHA, DOT, CDC, etc.)
• Evaluates, treats, and prioritizes patient care within the scope of practice
• Delivers evidence-based care to injured workers, accelerates return to work, and coordinates case management with the TPA and client
• Implements and monitors transitional duty programs for injured workers
• Performs and documents medical tests, screenings, and treatments as defined in site contract (EKG, audiometry, spirometry, vision)
• Administers medications and emergency care within legal scope of practice
• Maintains medical equipment, ensures a clean and safe environment, and follows infection control procedures
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Educates patients on health promotion and participates in follow-up care
• Collaborates with healthcare professionals and resources, and company departments on health programs and injury prevention
• Assists with accident investigations, return-to-work programs, and workplace safety initiatives
• Performs other duties as assigned

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $50.00 - $53.00 per hour. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.
