What You’ll Do

As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will :

• Ensure continuous improvement and operation of our FedRAMP-High compliant infrastructure.
• Own infrastructure and platform engineering efforts for our AWS GovCloud environment, leveraging Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to manage large-scale, distributed systems.
• Champion modern architecture, observability, and operability practices, advocating for secure, scalable design decisions.
• Guide team members in making optimal trade-offs to build the best infrastructure for our customers’ needs.
• Maintain and enhance tooling for seamless testing and deployments, fostering rapid feedback and collaboration between product and infrastructure teams.
• Deepen our use of tools such as Terraform, Node / TypeScript, and Rust.
• Participate in Incident Response / Troubleshooting and guide teammates through the Learning From Incidents (LFI) process.
