Location : Fort Worth, TX
Type : Full-Time, On-Site
Are you an administrative professional looking to take your career to the next level? Ace Handyman Services is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Office Manager to join our growing team. We are a national leader in home improvement and repair services, and we pride ourselves on combining the strength of a national brand with the flexibility and personal touch of a locally owned franchise.
This role is perfect for someone with a customer service background and strong organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. No construction experience required!
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound / outbound calls, sell services, and educate customers
- Schedule projects and coordinate multiple craftsmen using CRM & dispatch software
- Order and manage materials for projects
- Provide logistical support to ensure smooth daily operations
- Follow up with past customers and handle inquiries
- Manage paperwork and filing
- Update and engage with company social media
