Job Overview

Concrete Constructors LLC is looking for a friendly, professional, and highly organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our office. This role is essential to maintaining a welcoming and efficient front office while supporting various administrative tasks that keep the company running smoothly. Whether greeting clients or supporting internal teams, you'll play a vital role in ensuring daily operations are seamless and professional.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and team members in a courteous and professional manner

Answer incoming calls and emails; route inquiries to the appropriate departments

Perform clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and basic data entry

Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and package deliveries

Support office operations with general administrative assistance

Maintain office supplies and manage inventory for front desk needs

Assist with scheduling appointments or meetings as requested

Qualifications

Prior receptionist or administrative office experience preferred

Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities

Professional appearance and a customer-first attitude

Dependable, punctual, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion

Schedule

Full-Time : Monday to Friday, either 8 : 00 AM–4 : 00 PM or 9 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM

Open to part-time candidates with consistent weekday availability

This is an in-person role based at the office; remote work is not available.
