Establish and maintain open lines of communication with priority customers, providing regular updates on the onboarding progress and addressing any queries or concerns promptly. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues that may arise during the onboarding process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve problems swiftly and minimize downtime for priority customers. Maintain accurate records of all onboarding activities, including configurations, network setups, and customer interactions. Generate regular reports to track onboarding progress and share insights with relevant stakeholders. Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure all services are provisioned and configured correctly according to the customer's specifications and our company's standards. Provide basic training and guidance to priority customers on how to use and manage their telecom services effectively, enhancing their overall experience. Identify opportunities to optimize the onboarding process for priority customers, proposing and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Work closely with Sales, Customer Support, and Network Operations teams to ensure a smooth handover of customers from the sales phase to onboarding and ongoing support. Ensure that all onboarding activities are carried out in line with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs), striving to meet or exceed customer expectations. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach. Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Proficiency in using various software applications and systems related to telecom provisioning and troubleshooting. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think creatively and adapt to changing customer needs. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service to priority customers. This position will report directly to the Director of Technical Support. This position is located at the SpectrumVoIP, Plano, TX HQ office.
