The front office position at Tri-City Medical Center provides a positive first impression to patients and guests. The role involves working with patients, clinical teams, and business offices to optimize the patient experience.

Major Position Responsibilities :

• Maintains a safe, clean working environment.
• Coordinates peer-to-peer discussions across front office assignments.
• Answers phones and returns voicemails.
• Processes incoming and outgoing faxes.
• Completes assigned recall lists.
• Ensures patient confidentiality.
• Displays and provides HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.
• Ensures compliance with medical practice regulations.
• Assists patient with forms completion.
• Provides information for new patient visits.
• Schedules new patient appointments.
• Coordinates schedules for follow-up appointments.
• Processes medical records requests.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
