$15,000 sign on bonus (requires 2 years of RN experience)

Shift Details : Full-time nights, 3-12 hour shifts, 7 : 00 pm - 7 : 00 am

Weekend Requirement : 4-weekend shifts per 6-week scheduling period

Experience Requirements : 2 years of nursing experience, Oncology experience preferred.

Patient Population : Med / Surg Oncology, Chemo, Postop surgery (breast, bladder, lung, colon, and crani), Cardiac drips, Palliative Care (end of life and hospice support)

Patient Ratios : 1 : 4 for Chemo; 1 : 5 for Med / Tele

Number of Beds : 20 beds

Department Specifics : Active Unit Based Council, Pharmacist and Social Worker on the unit during the day to partner with nurses in patient care, Multidisciplinary Team that works together, Chemotherapy training is requiredwithin the first 90 days.
